Moving from pilot to scale is a key challenge we face as we attempt to enable a more technologically efficient healthcare system. Groups such as the Institute for Health Improvement in the US have a long history of implementing innovation within healthcare and have refined their methods for doing so over several decades. This ARCH seminar aims to explore how we can best leverage such insights from quality improvement science as we attempt to scale and spread digital health solutions within the healthcare system.

We are delighted to welcome three leading authorities in the areas of healthcare transformation, quality improvement, and eHealth to share their experiences and learnings on this topic. We will be joined by Pedro Delgado, Director of EMEA and South America at the Boston-based Institute for Health Improvement; Dr David Vaughan, Consultant Pediatrician and Director of Quality and Patient Safety at the Children’s Hospital Group, HSE; and Richard Corbridge, CIO of the HSE and CEO of eHealthIreland. Detailed speaker bios are available here.

Dr Maria Quinlan, Research Lead for the Change team within ARCH will share learnings from our research in the area of implementing eHealth at scale and will facilitate an interactive discussion.
